SYNC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing improvement and automation across bathroom pod operations in Melbourne's Laverton North. You will review workflows, identify bottlenecks, investigate recent equipment, and help implement practical improvements on the production floor.

You will lead business cases, plan implementations, testing, commissioning and handover, spanning the full lifecycle of improvement projects with cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Design
