Metro South Health's Logan Hospital invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Acute Cognitive Unit, a newly established 12-bed ward caring for older patients with dementia, delirium and frailty.

You will assess and plan care, collaborate with medical and allied health staff, and contribute to quality improvement and staff education within a multidisciplinary team. This in office role supports person-centred care in a busy hospital setting.
