Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

- Prepare financial statements, with a strong understanding of concepts affecting individual, SME business and investment clients, including,



but not limited to GST, Division 7A, Personal Services Income and Capital Gains Tax.
- Managing assigned engagements from start to finish; ensuring the successful completion of concurrent assignments.
- Being a main point of contact for client engagement including accounting and tax compliance services to a portfolio of the firm's private family and business clients

To be considered:

- 2 - 3 years + recent experience in Australian business services and public practice.
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
- CPA/CA qualification or close to completion.
- Experience mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with a team and portfolio of clients.
- Experience with Xero is desirable but not a necessity.
- Very valuable interpersonal skills.
- A desire for work-life balance.
- Knowledge/exposure with taxation structures including, Division 7a, CGT, small business concessions and superannuation.
