We're looking for friendly, energetic and community-minded Customer Service staff to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for our members, families, mob and guests every weekend.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be welcoming people at reception, helping with memberships and bookings, serving coffee and food, and making sure our spaces feel friendly, organised and welcoming.

What you'll be doing

Welcome members, guests and community with a warm and friendly approach.

Assist with memberships, bookings, enquiries and general customer service.

Serve coffee, food and café/shop products - barista experience is essential.

Help create a positive and welcoming front-of-house experience.

Keep reception and café areas clean, tidy and well presented.

Support the team with day-to-day operations and customer needs.

Work in a way that reflects NCIE's commitment to culture, safety and community.
