A NSW Government department is seeking a Senior Business Coordinator to support the end-to-end coordination and management of customer feedback. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to ensure customer responses are accurately allocated, coordinated, approved and delivered within required timeframes. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident managing multiple workflows, following up stakeholders and keeping processes moving.
- Hourly rate: $55-$60 + Super an hour
- Sydney CBD location
- 3 days remote working a week
- Immediate start
- Temporary until 31st December, 2026
- Full-time - Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer feedback and enquiries through the end-to-end response process
- Review and allocate incoming feedback to the appropriate subject matter experts for response
- Monitor responses through drafting, review and executive approval stages to ensure they are completed within required timeframes
- Proactively follow up stakeholders and subject matter experts to keep responses moving and minimise delays
- Ensure responses are accurately recorded, appropriately approved and returned to customers
- Manage competing priorities and a high volume of customer requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor workflow queues and identify outstanding items, bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and timeliness of the customer feedback process
- Maintain accurate records and systems relating to customer feedback and responses
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and, where required,
customers to clarify information or assist with progressing enquiries
- Provide updates on workflow, outstanding items and emerging issues to relevant stakeholders
To be successful:
- Experience in a business coordination, customer feedback, complaints, case management, administration or project coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of requests and competing priorities
- Highly proactive approach, with the confidence to follow up stakeholders and drive actions through to completion
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people across different teams and levels
- Excellent attention to detail and a robust focus on accuracy when handling customer information and correspondence
- Ability to manage processes end-to-end and keep track of multiple requests at different stages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional customer correspondence
- Ability to work autonomously, identify issues and take initiative to resolve or elevate them appropriately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and deadlines need to be managed closely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM, case management or workflow systems
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning or similar systems will be highly regarded, although not essential
- Previous government experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in customer feedback, complaints management, case coordination or high-volume workflow environments will be highly regarded
