TLC Hallam Medical Centre is seeking a passionate Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This part time role offers 43 hours per fortnight and ends September 2027 with four weeks' notice on completion.

You will work with GPs and the broader healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, supporting chronic disease management, preventative health initiatives and comprehensive nursing services in a busy general practice setting.
