We’re looking for an experienced Inbound Supervisor to join our Distribution Centre team in Pemulwuy.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day inbound operation, leading a team of warehouse employees and casual staff, and ensuring goods are received, checked and put away safely and efficiently.

Job Description

What You'll Do

- Lead and motivate the inbound team, including warehouse and casual staff, while managing daily tasks, workflow and performance.
- Oversee inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, checking and putting away stock accurately and efficiently.
- Drive safety and compliance across the warehouse, ensuring WHS procedures, equipment and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock and operational performance, including stocktakes, inventory accuracy, KPIs and reporting.
- Work closely with management and the wider DC team to resolve issues, improve processes and maintain high service levels.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, stock and KPIs.
- A strong focus on WHS, safety and operational excellence.
- Current forklift and driver's licences, with strong communication and organisational skills.
