Delaware North Australia is seeking a Marketing Manager, Database & Insights to join our team at Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead customer insights, loyalty analytics and database strategy across a diverse portfolio of hospitality, gaming, tourism and accommodation brands. The role is responsible for translating complex customer, loyalty and commercial data into meaningful business insights that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth.
You will influence strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, customer segmentation, predictive modelling and performance measurement. What will you do?
- Manage and optimise customer and marketing databases, analytics frameworks, and reporting capabilities across the portfolio
- Develop dashboards, performance reports and measurement frameworks covering marketing, loyalty, and commercial activity
- Lead customer segmentation, profiling and predictive modelling to improve targeting, engagement, and customer lifetime value
- Evaluate campaigns, promotions and offers through forecasting, post-campaign analysis, and closed-loop reporting
- Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Gaming, Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Finance teams to support informed decision-making
More about you
- Demonstrated experience in customer analytics, loyalty analytics, database marketing ideally within gaming, hospitality, loyalty or membership-based environments.
- Strong experience in customer segmentation, predictive modelling, campaign analysis and performance measurement
- Proficiency with relational databases, CRM platforms, reporting tools and statistical technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python or SAS (Tableau preferred)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings as practical and actionable recommendations
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy, security, governance and privacy
- Experience working with customer loyalty programs, membership programs or customer value strategies will be highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
