YMCA Victoria is inviting applicants for a 2027 intake of traineeships across six camps. You will join the programs team on site, working full time while gaining your Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation.

Successful candidates are energetic and passionate about outdoor education, and you must pass safeguarding checks before commencement. The traineeship provides paid work experience while you study, with mentorship from experienced staff and opportunities to lead activities for campers.
