About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and skilled Architectural Technologist to join their team in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design and construction, focusing on developing technical drawings and specifications that ensure projects are built efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work collaboratively with architects and construction professionals, contributing your technical expertise to a range of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities

- Produce detailed technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant national building regulations and standards.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other consultants on technical aspects of projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.




- Resolve technical queries that arise during the construction phase.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and specifications.

Requirements

- A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural technology.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
