Swing Factory is a unique hospitality venue in Melbourne that combines a café, bar, golf and entertainment experiences. You will be the Manager on Duty, leading the café and bar operations while taking responsibility for the wider venue to ensure smooth daily performance.
This all-areas management role requires hands-on leadership across a busy venue, coordinating staff, stock, service standards and guest experience from early mornings to late evenings with the Venue Manager and MOD team.
