Canva is seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer to lead the Design Systems evolution from Adelaide, SA. You’ll drive a portable UI platform, extending React web components to React Native and shaping conventions used by 800+ engineers.

You’ll mentor teams, set standards for portable components, and partner with product groups to align roadmaps. This role blends technical leadership with architecture, code reviews, and strategic direction in a quick‑moving, AI‑aware design system at scale.
