This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Program Coordinator to assist in the delivery of Homes Victoria's movable unit program.The Senior Program Coordinator is key to coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the movable units program.The role will require a dynamic, flexible and experienced candidate with experience in coordinating works and processes including coordinating work allocation to staff/contractors/consultants, contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building robust stakeholder relationships to assist in successful delivery of the program.

Accountabilities Include

- Coordinate the day to day activities of the team to ensure applications are assessed and actioned in a timely manner.




- Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations
- Maintain oversight of matching vacated units to approved applications, including communicating with stakeholders (internal & eternal) to facilitate this
