Deliver beneficial and engaging swimming lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of your swimmers

Communicate clearly and effectively with your students, providing individualised and constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their technique and skills

Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants, upholding MSA OHS and child safety processes and procedures at all times

Key responsibilities - Lifeguards

Ensure that pool users are effectively supervised at all times

Proactively promote and enforce behaviour and pool safety standards





Respond promptly and appropriately to First Aid and emergency situations

Ensure a safe and supportive aquatic environment for all patrons, upholding MSA OHS and child safety processes and procedures at all times

Essential criteria (or willingness to obtain before commencing) - Swim Teachers

Swim Teacher qualification (Life Saving Victoria, Austswim, Swim Australia)

Working with Children Check (Victoria & Employee)

Police Check

Essential criteria (or willingness to obtain before commencing) - Lifeguards

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

Pool Lifeguard Qualification

Working with Children Check (Victoria & Employee)
