Betashares is seeking a high-calibre Marketing Director to own the end-to-end marketing strategy for its retail investor business via Betashares Direct. This role will drive customer acquisition, FUM growth and market share across the direct retail funnel, blending growth, brand and product experiences.

You will lead acquisition strategy, funnel optimization and go-to-market execution across Direct and Super channels.
