As our Australian operations continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and technically minded Technical Sales & Applications Coordinator to join our Brisbane team based in Wacol.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, working with customers and developing practical solutions. Whether your background is in maintenance, engineering support, technical sales, reliability or a trade environment, we are interested in people with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Full product training will be provided.

About the Role

Working from our office, you will support customers and AESSEAL Reliability Specialists by preparing technical quotations, recommending product solutions and providing application support.

This is a varied role that combines technical knowledge, customer interaction and commercial awareness while offering long-term career development within a global business.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and competitive technical quotations
- Review customer requirements and technical specifications
- Recommend suitable product and application solutions
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Support Reliability Specialists with customer opportunities
- Process sales orders and maintain SAP records
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement and internal departments
- Follow up quotations and assist with sales conversion opportunities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Assist with inventory and logistics activities when required

About You

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Current Australian Driver's Licence

Highly Regarded

- Trade, maintenance, reliability or engineering background
- Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, bearings, valves or rotating equipment
- Technical sales or engineering support experience
- Experience preparing technical quotations
- SAP or ERP system experience
