As a Building Management System (BMS) Technician, you'll help ensure healthcare facilities remain safe, efficient and reliable for the people who depend on them. From enhancing system performance to supporting critical infrastructure, you'll work with a collaborative team to deliver outcomes that strengthen services across the region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Improving the performance and reliability of building management and engineering systems across multiple healthcare sites.
- Using data and system insights to identify opportunities for smarter maintenance, energy efficiency and operational improvement.
- Partnering with technical teams and contractors to deliver secure, high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- Enhancing visibility and monitoring of critical assets to support continuity of services and minimise disruption.

You're a technically capable problem-solver who enjoys turning complex challenges into practical outcomes. Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

- Certification, or the ability to obtain certification, in Tridium Niagara Building Management Systems.
- Experience working with building management systems, engineering controls or related technologies.
- Knowledge of communication networks and protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and TCP/IP.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence positive outcomes.





You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience using system data to drive predictive maintenance strategies and improving the performance of complex facility infrastructure.
