In this role, you will shape how procurement is run within your area, connecting the right suppliers, smart commercial decisions and efficient processes to deliver real impact on our operating profit. How You’ll Make an Impact

- Shape and put into action project-specific procurement strategies, together with a local commodity strategy aligned with Global commodity experts, while serving as a go-to knowledge resource for the local team
- Guide the end-to-end procurement process across tendering and execution, from vendor selection, negotiation and contract award to supplier performance management, keeping contracts, purchase orders and supplier records up to date
- Prepare and lead commodity kick-offs and negotiation strategies (with a focus on ToCo, CTG and CNI), present them in the negotiation review and document the outcomes
- Partner closely and early with project managers, commercial teams and internal customers (requisitioners) to understand project needs and support timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor procurement budgets and market trends, using supplier evaluations (DOME) to uncover savings and process improvements, and share regular performance updates with senior management and project stakeholders
- Anticipate and address procurement-related risks in SUPERIS (such as supply chain disruption, quality or compliance concerns), uphold SE policies, legal and ethical standards,



and nurture strong supplier relationships, while championing digital tools such as e-bid, the project procurement plan and supplier evaluation

What You Bring

- 5-7 years of experience in procurement functions, contract management, project procurement, proposal and/or project management
- Experience in contract negotiations and claim management, which is needed to handle and optimize procurement processes
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies by applying commodity strategies and adapting them to project-specific requirements
- Ability to qualify and evaluate suppliers, including classifications and development measures, create contract entries, lead or support negotiations, and create RFX and eAuctions
- Confidence in representing procurement in an international team, engaging with suppliers, project management, RUs and other cross-functions
- Expertise in SAP handling, alongside experience in international project business and openness to other cultures
