Uniting is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes across Western Sydney. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, deliver clinical interventions, and monitor health changes to support safe, effective home care.

You’ll work with clients, families and the care team to promote independence, dignity and quality of life, guided by solid communication and compassionate practice. Driving licence and own vehicle are required.
