Electomech Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retails for a wide range of products in Fiji and the Pacific is seeking to recruit a performance driven, customer oriented individual for the above position.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication and information flow between customers, sale, shipping, and management.
- Interact with customers and resolve customer service problems.
- Respond to customer inquires via telephone, fax, email.
- Process the requirement documentation.
- Main records of shipment, orders, and export activities.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding shipment status and updates.
- Check and verify cargo details (quantity, weight, labeling, packaging).
- Process export orders and ensure timely dispatch.




- Update systems and reports related to exports and logistics.
- Resolve shipment issues such as delays, missing documents, or customs problems.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience will be added to advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of numbers and documentation.
