About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across the lifespan
- Complete functional capacity assessments and reports
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to participant goals




- Assess and recommend assistive technology and home modifications
- Support participants with daily living skills, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and community participation
- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, schools, and other allied health professionals
- Provide community based OT and intervention for adults and aged care
- Have the opportunity to work as a rehabilitation consultant where this suits your skills and interest
- Have the opportunity to work in paediatrics where this suits your skills and interest
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
- A passion for empowering people living with disability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Desirable Experience

- Experience working within the NDIS
- Experience with paediatrics and/or adults with psychosocial, intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology Assessments
- Home Modifications
- Sensory and behavioural support strategies
