The Opportunity

An exceptional chance exists for a visionary hospitality leader to join us as Director of Operations.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape every aspect of the guest and associate experience, leading operational excellence across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Engineering. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class luxury hospitality while driving commercial performance, associate engagement and owner satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Lead Luxury Operations

- Deliver exceptional operational standards across all areas of the hotel.
- Champion service excellence, ensuring every guest experience feels intuitive, personalised and memorable.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence, fostering genuine connections with guests and associates.

Elevate the Guest Experience

You are a sophisticated and commercially astute hotel leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and people.

You bring:

- Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment.
- Possesses an advanced knowledge of all areas of the Food and Beverage operation and consistently drives operational excellence and business performance
- A track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to translate strategy into execution while inspiring high-performing teams.
- A genuine appreciation for personalised service, local storytelling and creating memorable experiences.
