This role will see you providing hands‑on leadership across education and operations. You’ll mentor educators, support practice in rooms, contribute to continuous improvement, and assist with daily management and compliance aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operations and leadership
- Act as Responsible Person when required
- Mentor educators and strengthen educational practice
- Lead reflective practice and improvement initiatives
- Support compliance and quality standards
- Build positive relationships with families and staff

About You

- Diploma or Bachelor (ACECQA approved)
- Leadership experience in early learning
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
