What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and vehicle check-ins
- Liaise with workshop technicians and update customers throughout the day
- Provide clear service recommendations and repair quotes
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Work to meet department KPIs and customer service standards

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred but not essential)
- Solid customer service and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisation
- A friendly,



professional manner with a team-first attitude
- Valid QLD driver's licence
