We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Landscaper or experienced Labourer to join our growing landscaping team. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and has experience delivering structural landscaping and outdoor construction projects.

The role

You will work across residential sites on the North side of Brisbane, constructing durable and attractive outdoor spaces. Projects may include retaining walls, paving, decking, concreting, drainage, fencing, garden structures, and other hard landscaping works.

Key responsibilities

- Construct retaining walls, paving, steps, paths, decks, fences, and outdoor structures
- Complete excavation, levelling, concreting, drainage, and site preparation
- Read and work from landscape plans and construction drawings
- Measure and set out work accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely




- Coordinate with the site supervisor, clients, and other trades
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and site safety
- Identify and report construction issues or material requirements
- Assist with general landscaping and project completion activities

About you

- Previous experience in structural landscaping, landscape construction, building, or a related trade
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read plans and follow specifications
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
- Robust commitment to safety and quality
- Current driver’s licence
- Relevant trade qualifications, tickets, or licences are advantageous
