Eco-Conscious Solutions is an international Cruise line logistics company. Within this position, the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of our operations.

Key responsibilities

Send out, receive, compare and finalize quotations and purchase orders from supply partners

Liaise with supply partners through both telephone and email

Attend and oversee cruise ship loadings- both local and international

About you

Right to work in Australia

Valid Passport, no restrictions for travel

Computer experience in Windows, Excel, Teams and Sharepoint

Fast learner, able to think on their feet

Problem solver and positive analytical skills

Able to work longer hours and some weekends during the peak season (Nov-April)

After the initial training period and 6 month probation, have the ability to attend other overseas offices/locations for up to 3 months
