An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate M&A; lawyer to join the Perth office of a highly regarded global law firm.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions for leading Australian and international clients, with a strong focus on the resources and energy sectors. You'll enjoy significant client exposure, early responsibility and the opportunity to work alongside highly respected partners on market-leading matters.

About You

You will ideally have:

- 4+ years' post-admission experience in Corporate/M&A; from a leading or well-regarded commercial law firm
- Strong technical and commercial skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication abilities
- The confidence to manage client relationships and contribute to complex transactions




- Experience with public company work and ASX Listing Rules (advantageous but not essential)

The Opportunity

You will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:

- Public and private mergers & acquisitions
- Cross-border acquisitions, restructures and divestments
- Private equity transactions
- Equity capital markets matters, including IPOs and capital raisings
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- Corporate governance and strategic advisory work
