A key focus of this position will be identifying and converting new Property Management opportunities.

You'll be responsible for:

Conducting rental appraisals and new business presentations

Following up Property Management leads and enquiries

Building relationships with investors, rental providers and prospective clients

Developing and maintaining a strong new business pipeline

Working closely with our Sales team to maximise investor and referral opportunities

Building relationships within the local Werribee and Wyndham community

Converting new management opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of our rent roll

Providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new rental providers.

You’ll also manage a small local portfolio of approximately 50 properties, allowing you to provide genuine personalised service rather than simply managing volume.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters

Managing lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters

Coordinating maintenance and ensuring matters are followed through

Overseeing the overall performance of your portfolio

Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation

Working closely with our support team across leasing, inspections and administration.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable and commercially minded.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous Property Management experience

- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation





- Experience in Business Development or a genuine interest in moving into a growth-focused role

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence conducting rental appraisals and meeting prospective clients

- Strong organisation and time-management skills

- A proactive approach and the ability to identify opportunities

- Current Victorian real estate registration/qualification requirements

- Current driver's licence

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and wants to build long-term relationships rather than simply manage a large portfolio.
