South Western Sydney Local Health District's Fairfield Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a permanent part-time Clinical Pharmacist (16 hours per week) to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. Roles include clinical and operational pharmacy services, with a focus on secure and effective use of medicines, in partnership with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues.

A current Pharmacist AHPRA registration is required, with vaccination against influenza mandatory for appointment.
