The Supply Chain Analyst supports procurement, supplier and subcontractor management, cost control and operational systems across Eldarin's NDD and related services. Working with Finance and Operations, the role maintains reliable commercial and operational data, tests supplier costs against client rates, and improves the use of Assignar so that work can be scheduled, costed, claimed and invoiced accurately.

Key responsibilities

- Source and assess suppliers and subcontractors for plant hire, labour, disposal and other operational needs; obtain comparable quotes and negotiate rates within delegated authority.
- Maintain supplier agreements, approved rates, terms, insurance and other required documentation; flag expiries, changes and supply risks to the relevant manager.
- Compare supplier and subcontractor costs with client charge-out rates, work order estimates and actual job costs. Identify margin pressure, rate changes and opportunities to reduce cost.
- Check supplier invoices against agreed rates, quotes, purchase orders, work orders and supporting dockets. Investigate exceptions and resolve disputed charges with suppliers, Finance and Operations.
- Maintain accurate supplier, subcontractor, plant, work order and operational data in Assignar. Support system rollout, user guidance and ongoing improvements to data quality and workflows.
- Work with Operations to improve scheduling, docket completion and subcontractor processes; identify missing or inconsistent records that could delay client claims or invoicing.




- Prepare regular cost, margin, rate and supplier performance analysis for management, with explicit explanations of material movements and recommended actions.
- Document and improve processes that reduce manual handling, duplicate entry and errors, including practical automation opportunities across operational and finance systems.

About you

- Experience in procurement, supply chain, commercial analysis or operations support, preferably in construction, civil works, plant or field services.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including the ability to compare rates, reconcile records and explain cost and margin movements.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercially and resolve discrepancies with a practical, professional approach.
- Experience with operational systems; Assignar experience is desirable. Able to guide users and improve data quality and processes.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement, clear communication and the ability to prioritise competing operational deadlines.
