Workshop / Service Administrator

Pooraka | Monday to Friday | 7.00am - 4.00pm | Temp to Perm

We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop / Service Administrator to join a small and busy branch operation in Pooraka.

This is a varied role supporting the rental, customer service and workshop operations, so we are looking for someone who understands a service or workshop workplace and enjoys being hands-on with the administration that keeps things running smoothly.

About the Role

Working closely with the workshop and branch team, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of servicing and repairs, making sure jobs are organised and the paperwork is completed correctly.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting with workshop scheduling and coordinating service jobs
- Reviewing job cards and checking all information is completed correctly for invoicing
- Assisting with quotes and customer enquiries
- Liaising with customers by phone and email
- Coordinating parts and ensuring everything is ready for scheduled work
- Following up outstanding jobs and information
- General workshop and branch administration
- Supporting the team with day-to-day customer service and rental administration

About You





We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience in a workshop, servicing, automotive, machinery, equipment rental or parts environment.

You will be someone who:

- Has strong administration and organisational skills
- Understands how a workshop/service environment operates
- Is confident dealing with customers, suppliers and workshop staff
- Has good attention to detail, particularly when checking job cards and paperwork
- Can manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Is comfortable using computers and administration systems
- Is reliable, practical and happy to get involved and help the team

You don't necessarily need to be a mechanic - strong workshop/service administration experience is what we're looking for.
