Business Services Senior Manager - Future Partnership Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Business Services Senior Manager with the ambition and capability to become a future partner of the firm. If you're ready to take ownership, maintain already strong client relationships and play a meaningful role in the continued success of our firm, we'd love to hear from you. At a minimum you possess:

Membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and Recent Zealand (CAANZ) or CPA Australia

A minimum of 7 years experience in Public Practice

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation

Proficiency with cloud-based accounting platforms, particularly MYOB and Xero

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly

Genuine interest or background in a rural lifestyle environment

The Position

Working in public practice is exciting, rewarding and forever changing due to exposure to a wide variety of clients, industries, technology and varying client needs and reporting requirements.





You will take on immediate responsibilities and have exposure to:

Direct client contact

Prepare, review and finalise financial reports and income tax returns

Assist with tax planning and compliance matters, including Business Activity Statements and related tax obligations

Working independently and as part of an experienced team

Working directly with Partners
