Election Warehouse Team Lead / Leading Hand $60+ per hour | Tullamarine - Port Melbourne | 5 October – 24 December

We’re looking for experienced Warehouse Team Leads / Leading Hands to join the CAS+ team for a busy operational period from October through to December.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly, lead a team and ensure the safe and accurate movement of sensitive materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
- Coordinating and supporting warehouse staff
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, movement, tracking and dispatch of materials
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
- Ensuring chain‑of‑custody requirements are followed
- Keeping operations organised and on schedule
- Supporting a safe, effective and productive warehouse environment
- Taking a hands‑on approach to warehouse and material‑handling activities
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm

Hours & Location October – Tullamarine

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm

From November – Port Melbourne

The operation will move to rotating shifts:

- AM: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- PM: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Night: 11:00pm – 7:00am

The role runs through to 24 December.

What We’re Looking For You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader,



Leading Hand or Supervisor
- Mandatory forklift licence
- Current driver's licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts during the peak period

This Is a Hands‑On Role You’ll need to be physically fit and comfortable with:

- Lifting and moving materials
- Pushing and handling equipment
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Being active throughout your shift
- Performing regular physical warehouse duties
