Key responsibilities

Responding to sales enquiries

Liaising with buyers and vendors

Using our CRM to maintain accurate data

Assisting in scheduling and preparing for private inspections and open homes

Preparing and managing contracts and agency agreements

Preparing marketing materials from templates for listings and prospecting

Assisting with phone prospecting

Delivering client materials and coordinating tradespeople

Supporting digital marketing and bulk campaigns

Maintaining procedures and systems

About you

Highly organised and detail‑oriented

Capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Client‑focused with alignment to values of integrity, accountability and genuine relationships





Well presented and professional manner

Prior experience in real estate is not essential
