We’re looking for a confident, organised Warehouse Team Leader who can keep our picking and dispatch operation running smoothly through our busy summer season.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where communication, organisation and people skills matter just as much as getting the job done .

You’ll work closely with our admin team, warehouse pickers and delivery drivers to make sure orders are picked accurately, trucks are ready on time, and everyone is working together respectfully and efficiently.

A big part of the role will be setting the standard for the team — keeping communication professional, maintaining a positive workplace, solving problems calmly and making sure our drivers and other team members are treated with respect.

You’ll also be happy to jump in when needed, including checking stock and orders, helping with picking, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping the warehouse organised.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Overtime available during our busy summer period
Clean warehouse, good conditions and a supportive team

This is a practical, active role — not a desk job — but we’re looking for someone who brings leadership, organisation and excellent people skills to the warehouse floor.
