Sonnell Hospitality invites an experienced Assistant Manager to join Yennora Oasis Hotel in Fairfield East. You will support the Venue Manager, lead a shift, drive service standards, and ensure compliance to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality management experience, RSA/ARCG/RCG certifications, and strong leadership with excellent communication. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Oct/Nov 2026, plus a market-competitive salary and progression
