As we continue to grow, we’re excited to be opening our brand-new Thornleigh repair centre in November 2026 and are looking for a passionate Customer CARe Advisor to join the team and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

About the role:





- Be the point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their repair journey
- Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in person and via phone with a high degree of professionalism
- Liaise with insurance company as needed
- Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

About You:

- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems
- Familiarity with automotive insurance claims or automotive customer service experience will be highly desirable
- A team player who is ready to contribute to our positive work setting
- Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights
