Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is needed for a facility located in Austell, Georgia. The position involves performing CT procedures while adhering to safety standards and ensuring high-quality imaging. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.

Job Details:

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with a minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Radiology and less than 1 year in CT is required; additional note: shift is Mon-Wed 7am-7:30pm, totaling 36 hours.

Must exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff

Ability to explain procedures and give directions to obtain cooperation and maintain goodwill

Capable of functioning independently and under pressure while participating in a team environment

Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, especially in a stressful and fast-paced setting

Ability to prioritize tasks,



multitask effectively, and maintain attention to detail

Proficient in all aspects of CT, including patient positioning, exposure factors, radiation protection, and quality control testing

Must possess an understanding of anatomy and pathology affecting procedure quality

Compliance with facility policies, protocols, and professional standards is required
