Selection Criteria
- Be a practising Catholic with an understanding of and commitment to, the ethos and mission of Catholic Education.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the West Australian Curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and differentiated learning;
- Experience in research-based, best practice pedagogy, incorporating explicit teaching and inquiry-based learning;
- Competent use of digital technologies;
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships and utilise effective classroom management practices to create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment that enhances student wellbeing;
- A team orientated, positive, professional, cooperative and collaborative educator who values and strives for continual skilled growth and values feedback.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum four year teaching qualification
- Have Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or working towards
