NSW Fair Trading is seeking a Principal Inspector for the Office of the Rental Commissioner in Sydney and Parramatta. Grade: Clerk Grade 9/10 with a base salary of $133,348 to $146,945 plus super, to lead compliance and enforcement in tenancy law.

You will head a team of compliance officers, develop risk-based programs, prepare enforcement actions, and engage with tenants and stakeholders to strengthen the rental market under the Residential Tenancies Act.
