An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Tier 1 commercial construction company in Sydney.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working in a commercial construction environment, takes pride in keeping projects organised, and wants to be part of a high-performing team delivering major commercial projects.

The Role

- Managing and maintaining project documentation, registers and databases
- Controlling the distribution, revision and filing of project documents
- Ensuring documents are correctly version-controlled and easily accessible
- Coordinating the flow of information between project teams, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Uploading and managing documentation through project management systems
- Maintaining document registers and ensuring outstanding documentation is followed up
- Supporting Project Managers, Contract Administrators and site teams with document management requirements
- Ensuring documentation is managed in line with company and project procedures
- Assisting with reporting, audits and general project administration as required

About You:





- Previous experience in a Document Control or Project Administration role within commercial construction, major infrastructure projects, larger tier 1 envrionments
- Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience managing high volumes of documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Confidence using document management and construction software
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience working within a Tier 1 or major commercial construction environment will be highly regarded.
