Iress seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Resilience to own and mature the firm’s resilience framework across global units. You will design policies, map services and dependencies, and lead testing and governance to ensure continuity during severe disruptions.

Lead executive engagement and regulatory assurance, driving awareness of BIAs and BCPs, with a focus on APRA CPS 230 and ASIC guidelines. This role is hybrid, Melbourne-based, with global scope.
