We're looking for an experienced commercial refrigeration professional ready to take the next step in their career and transition into a customer-facing technical role.

This Adelaide-based position is open to both local and interstate candidates, with relocation assistance considered for the right candidate.

You'll use your commercial refrigeration expertise to provide technical advice, support customers, influence project outcomes and become a trusted industry advisor.

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We're looking for strong technical capability, industry knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.

About the role

In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver practical refrigeration solutions that help customers achieve successful project and maintenance outcomes.

You will:

- Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to customers and internal sales teams
- Support refrigeration system design and equipment selection
- Assist customers in identifying the most suitable products for their applications
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users
- Support the delivery of quotations and project opportunities
- Help drive sales growth across the region
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and branch teams
- Become a trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle

Key responsibilities





- Provide expert technical advice on commercial refrigeration systems and chillers
- Assist with system design, equipment selection and quotation preparation
- Follow up opportunities to maximise sales conversion and revenue outcomes
- Participate in customer visits, technical presentations and solution development
- Support customer training sessions and product launches
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to sales planning and regional growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users

What we are looking for

- Strong commercial refrigeration industry experience
- Understanding of refrigeration system design and component selection
- Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls and refrigerants
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Experience supporting refrigeration contractors, installers or projects
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
