We are seeking an experienced Operations Readiness Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and assure Operations Readiness activities across capital and brownfield projects. The role will govern OR1, OR2 and OR3, ensuring operational, process safety, workforce, training, production and business readiness through to start-up, RFSU and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and govern Operations Readiness plans, schedules and OR1/OR2/OR3 gate requirements.
- Coordinate readiness across Operations, Engineering, Process Safety, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Training and Production.
- Track readiness actions, risks, gaps, reviews and operational acceptance/sign-offs.
- Coordinate Operations input into HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, MOC, design reviews and SIMOPS.
- Ensure operating philosophies, procedures, emergency response, process safety barriers and operational controls are ready for start-up.
- Coordinate workforce planning, mobilisation, training and competency requirements.
- Ensure production planning, surveillance, metering, operating envelopes and business systems are established.
- Coordinate OR3, RFSU, Care/Custody/Control transfer and operational handover.
- Work closely with the Commissioning Engineer to assure readiness deliverables without managing commissioning execution.
- Facilitate readiness workshops,



governance reviews, stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

- Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent operational experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Processing or major industrial operations.
- Proven experience in Operations Readiness, operational handover, start-up readiness or brownfield projects.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety, MOC, operational governance and asset handover.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project and Operations teams.
- Knowledge of OR frameworks, SAP and production systems is desirable.
