Kaisercraft is looking for a Shift Supervisor at our Newcomb/Online store to join our team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with a team, staying organised and taking responsibility for making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Shifts will range from Monday to Sunday - 7am to 9pm - with the successful applicant having ability to work across those hours. We are open to offer this role part time or casual.

Key responsibilities

- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Manage shift changes and cancellations, ensuring appropriate coverage and communicating changes to team members.
- Oversee online order picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Assist with stock management and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Support the team with customer and order enquiries.
- Train and support new team members.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures where required.
- Lead by example and support a positive, productive team environment.

About you

- Has previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior team member role.
- Is organised and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with team members.
- Is comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions during a shift.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
- Is reliable, practical and willing to get hands-on when required.
- Has experience with online orders, stock management or warehouse/retail operations (desirable).
