Fergus Civil is looking for an experienced hands-on Civil Operator to join our growing team and work across a strong pipeline of local civil projects

You’ll be involved in a variety of works including build pads, carparks, subdivisions and commercial earthworks so no two days will be the same

We’re looking for someone with

- - Experience operating excavators, loaders, rollers, water trucks and posi tracks
- - A current HR licence and White Card
- - Solid civil construction knowledge
- - A reliable, safety-focused and solutions-driven approach
- - Final Trim, GPS and grader experience not essential
- - Willingness to grow with the role
