All Together Therapy (ATT) is a locally owned paediatric allied health practice based in beautiful Port Macquarie, NSW.

For more than 12 years, we have supported children and families across our community through early intervention and paediatric allied health services. Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Dietetics and Allied Health Assistants who work closely together, share knowledge and genuinely enjoy learning from one another.

We have a strong focus on evidence-informed, neuro-affirming and family-centred practice. Our purpose-built clinic offers access to equipment, resources and intervention approaches often associated with larger metropolitan services, while maintaining the connection and flexibility of a local team.

Role Description

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our paediatric multidisciplinary team in Port Macquarie.

You will work with infants, children and young people across a wide-ranging caseload, supporting participation in everyday life through areas such as play, sensory processing, regulation, motor development, self-care, fine motor skills and daily routines.





Our service model isn't limited to traditional weekly therapy. Depending on the needs of the child and family, supports may include assessment, individual intervention, parent coaching, therapy bursts, intensives, group programs, consultation and collaborative multidisciplinary supports.

You’ll work closely with families and other members of our allied health team, with regular opportunities for joint sessions, clinical discussion, shadowing, supervision and shared learning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master's qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current or eligible registration with AHPRA
- Interest or experience in paediatric and/or early intervention practice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach to working with children, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-informed, neuro-affirming and family-centred practice
- Willingness to participate in supervision, professional development and ongoing learning
- Current or ability to obtain a NSW Working With Children Check and other relevant employment clearances
- Current Australian working rights
