About the Role:

Based in Osborne Park, you will join forces with the Operations Manager and wider team in surrounding centres to enhance centre performance.

You will be responsible for driving financial and operational excellence, empowering the team on the ground, and ensuring the centre is consistently presentable for our customers, all in line with National Storage’s company values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Storage Consultants to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Managing a team, including time management, delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
- Overseeing operational excellence and actively managing centre operations.
- Weekly & monthly reporting summarising the centre's financial performance.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values.

About You:

- FULL Unrestricted driver’s license and car (required).
- The ability to work on a rotating roster, with every second Saturday from 9am-2pm.
- Demonstrated experience within a management or team leadership position in a similar environment.
- Strong conflict resolution knowledge and the ability to de-escalate situations.
- Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs.




- Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems.
- Effective communication skills and be able to foster a team building environment.
- You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
