Cadence Connect is seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a multi-site group. You will report to the CEO, own the close, and oversee three direct reports in a remote-first setting with the office visit cadence.
You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and Board reporting, while coordinating audits and tax advisory relationships. Payroll system work may be part of the role.
