Diploma Trained Early Childhood Educator - Lake Macquarie

Our brand-new centre, Young Minds Academy in Cooranbong is looking for a few passionate, caring, and experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

What we're looking for:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- At least 2 years' experience in an early learning setting
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Current First Aid and Working With Children Check
- HLTAID012 Child Care First Aid certification is required
- Permanent residency in Australia
- Educators who prioritise child safety!

In this role you will:

- Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan,



reflect and improve programs
- Document children's learning and development
- Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
- Support and mentor other team members
- Implement child safe practices
